Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen, then click "System Preferences"
Click "Printers and Scanner"
Click the + button on the resulting screen
Click the "IP" tab
In the "Address" box, type the IP address for the copier/printer
In the "Protocol" drop-down select "LDP"
In the “Name” box, type the name of the Printer from the list below

NOTE: This is not a complete list of all copiers and printers deployed in CASITS supported groups. Department printers should follow a similar name as show above. Personal Printers connected via USB or network can be named based on the make/model of the printer. If you are unsure how to name a copier/printer, contact the IT Manager.
In the “Location” box, type the location of the copier/printer
Room number then building name
Example: 021 Longmire
In the “Use” box, confirm the appropriate driver has been selected
Click the Add button
If prompted, select the auxiliary components (stapler, folder, etc.) for the copier/printer
Perform a test print to confirm function over ethernet, USB, and/or wifi.
